Taking new projects for 2026

Web applications built end to end, and built to stay fast.

I’m Nafiz Iqbal, a full-stack developer working with founders and small teams worldwide. I design, build, and deploy the whole product: interface, API, database, and hosting. One person, no handoffs.

How a project runs

Four-week sprints, a roadmap before any code, and documentation your own team can take over.

  1. Week 1

    Scope and foundation

We talk through the problem, I ask the uncomfortable questions, and by the end of the week you have a roadmap, a repository, and a first working demo.

  2. Week 2

    Core build

API, interface, and integrations take shape. You see progress daily and can steer as we go.

  3. Week 3

    Refinement

Testing, performance tuning, mobile polish, and a proper feedback round. Good enough is not the bar.

  4. Week 4

    Handover

Production deploy, documentation, and a walkthrough so your team can take it from here. I stay around for questions.

Portrait of Nafiz Iqbal

Three years of shipping, every layer of the stack

Currently a full-stack engineer at GCB Holding building a travel platform for 13 countries, after two years at Antopolis running an 18-branch restaurant group’s management platform. Alongside that, independent client work since 2023.

I care about clean code, honest communication, and products that keep working after launch. Read the CV, or the longer story on the about page.

Common questions

More on the services page.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, which is why the first conversation is free and carries no commitment. Tell me what you have in mind, even roughly, and I will tell you honestly what it takes in time and money before you decide anything.

How long does a typical project take?

Most projects go from kickoff to production in about four weeks. Bigger platforms take longer and small fixes take less, but you will always know the timeline before we start and see progress weekly.

Who am I actually working with?

Me. No project managers, no outsourcing, no middlemen. I scope it, build it, deploy it, and answer your questions directly.

Can you work with an existing codebase or team?

Yes. Performance rescues and feature work on existing products are a regular part of what I do. I match your conventions and document what I change so your developers can pick it up without a handover call.

Have a project in mind?

Tell me what you are building, even roughly. The first conversation is free and I will tell you honestly what it takes.
